Processing time

Every Ivlaria item is made to order. Please allow 2–4 business days to prepare, print, and load your custom photo reel before it ships.

Shipping time

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7–15 business days depending on your location. You'll receive tracking information by email.

Customs and import duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees charged by your country; these are the customer's responsibility.

Damaged or defective items

Because items are personalized, we can't accept returns for personal preference, but if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days at hello@ivlaria.com with your order number and a photo — we'll replace it or refund you in full.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled or changed within 12 hours of purchase, before production begins. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days once approved.
